I did get in, but there was a huge notice saying "People with tattoos or members of organized crime groups cannot bathe," and other customers were staring at me so much that I couldn't enjoy the bath.
If the front desk can't see it, you can slip right in, but if you want to bathe without hiding, I'd say skip it...
