It's in their usage guide: - People with tattoos, fashion tattoos, or tattoo stickers, and people who are drunk, are strictly refused entry. - Entry fees will not be refunded. - Bathing is refused to anyone considered to be bothering other customers. Health centers are the same everywhere.
I went in with it covered, but I got found out and was asked to leave. The staff member who told me seemed apologetic about it, and I ended up making them feel bad... A no is a no, I guess.
Basically impossible. Even if you force your way in, you'll be kicked out as soon as they spot you.
The other day I covered it with a bandage but got warned. You can't get in.
