Tsurumi Ryokuchi Suishun and the Suishun group refuse service to people with tattoos.
Officially no tattoos.
The usage guide on their website says, "Per guidance from the authorities, we refuse entry without exception to people who are drunk, people associated with organized crime, people with tattoos or fashion tattoos, people with skin conditions, and people with other contagious diseases." But there's no legal restriction at all on bathing with tattoos, so what is this "guidance from the authorities" supposed to be? A bathhouse like this will probably do a complete 180 once the times change.
I almost got fined lol
