   I have heavy tattoos on both arms (down to the wrists), a bit on my back, and on both sides of my chest, but I got in. At the entrance and in the (men's) changing room there were notices about the anti-organized crime ordinance, but no notices prohibiting bathing or entry with tattoos.

   I don't have any ink myself, but there was a guy with a big ascending dragon, so it seems to be fine.
