I was there Sunday. Lots of tattooed people. It closes at 9pm.
Lots of people like that in the evening and such.
No problem at all.
At a glance, it looks just like a kindergarten.
You can get in.
Most onsen in Aomori are tolerant of tattoos. The fancy onsen facilities are a no, though.
