If your tattoo is small enough to cover with the cover stickers sold at the front desk, you can get in by putting one on.
I have three-quarter sleeves, but I got in by covering them with tape. I went many times with them wrapped round and round in tape.
I have my whole back and my whole stomach done, but I go in as is without covering up.
