I have tattoos on both shoulders, my chest, and my wrist, but I got in with no problem at all. There's no sign either.

My whole back is tattooed, but you can get in like normal.
I checked verbally and went through the front desk with my tattoos in full view before going in. There were foreign guests and people with lots of tattoos too. Great water.
