I couldn't use the bath at home, and this was the closest place to my house, so I went.
There was wording inside saying tattoos are refused. I didn't notice it when I came in, but when I entered the bathing area, a staff member who was cleaning told me directly that people with tattoos can't bathe.
They said a small tattoo or something you can cover is fine if you cover it with a towel, but they'd like people with large ones over a wide area that can't be covered to refrain in the future.
