Apparently there used to be a main bath, but it's gone now. The outdoor baths are in the guest rooms, so you can get in with no problem.
The rooms have outdoor baths, so no problem. The main bath is a no.
Tattoos were generally not allowed in the main bath. All the rooms have their own outdoor bath, so I could get in.
