It's close to the sea and built like an ordinary apartment building, so the notices give the impression that groups of young party people have caused a lot of trouble.
Except for the view bath, the baths are basically private (free), so it's fine if you're careful not to let the staff see. That said, all you can see from the bath is the parking lot, lol
