There's a sign saying tattoos are prohibited.
This was about six years ago, but it was easy. They pretended not to see. Takaragi is OK, but Utsunomiya is strict, so be careful.
They told me right away.
The cleaning lady was watching the bathers, and someone with just a small tattoo got scolded, "That's not allowed!"
Are tattoos OK?
Why are there no Black people with tattoos here? Somebody tell me...
Unfortunately I couldn't get in.
I asked by phone and it seems even a small tattoo is a no.
