I was only staying overnight, but I got in no problem. There's nothing posted prohibiting tattoos either. By the way, I asked whether I could use the bath after checking out the next day, hiking up the mountain and coming back down, and they gladly agreed and even came out to the entrance to greet me. They were really pleasant, and it's a very good inn.
