I went after checking the website and calling. They were all smiles, totally different from other places, and really pleasant. There's an explanation about accepting tattoos inside too. Though there was a refusal sticker on the lockers, maybe a leftover old notice, lol. You can get in cheaper if you register as a member.

When I actually went to stay and bathe with a friend who has tattoos, we were able to use everything with no problem.
