Tattoos are totally OK.
I use it all the time. There are lots of foreigners too, so you can get in no problem. A much-appreciated onsen. There are baskets in the changing room, but if you're bringing valuables, the lockers cost money. The 100 yen doesn't come back.
My friend has quite a lot of tattoos, but they got in openly with no problem. It was a really kind inn.
I got in just fine. It's cheap and easy to go to. There's only one tub, but I could bathe without worrying, so I recommend it.
When I asked the facility, they said it was fine, so I actually went.
I've heard it's OK.
