I think as long as you keep it covered with a towel or something, you won't get kicked out.
Someone I know got kicked out for showering with their tattoos fully on display, so being considerate of the people around you is a must.
2018/8/15: I used it on my way back from the beach.
I have two palm-sized ones, but I was able to bathe.
At the entrance there's a notice saying "No drunk people or tattoos."
I went in wearing a short-sleeved T-shirt, and while bathing I ran into a staff member in the washing area, but they didn't say anything.
It was cheap and comfortable.
However, this is still a facility that says "No tattoos," so if you're told to leave or anything, please quietly and obediently follow their instructions.
