Hmm…I checked by phone! They said it's a no even for a small tattoo.

I'm a man and a daily regular. If I spot one, I report it to the manager right away.
Women's bath, palm-sized. I got warned.
At the Soen location, I've seen people get spotted by staff and kicked out many times.
I had it fully covered with adhesive bandages, but at the washing area, a staff member who came to refill the shampoo said firmly, "That's a tattoo, isn't it? That's a problem! You can't come in anymore from next time, so please don't come." It's the first time I've been called out even after going to the trouble of putting bandages on. I'm not going again.
An old lady told me to get out.
It was a weekday daytime, when it was really crowded. An employee saw me once and didn't say anything, so I thought it was fine, but when I was in the sauna with a friend, an older lady told us to stop talking. After that we kept quiet, but after leaving the sauna, while I was showering, an employee found me, warned me, and demanded I leave right away. While I was changing, they also made a point of telling me, "You can't bathe anymore." Maybe another guest reported me, but it bugged me that they called me out for something they'd let slide once.
A staff member saw them and warned me. They did tell me to leave right away, but after that I got to take my time in the bath.
I passed right by staff and it was fine. There's a sign saying tattoos are refused, but it's fine.
I have my whole back done, but I can always get in like normal. If you call, they'll tell you it's prohibited, but in reality it's a sento, so they let it slide.
They have a notice posted, but you can get in no problem. Even if staff see you in the changing room, they just walk on by.
