I wonder what happens if one person in a group has tattoos.

Tattoos or not, some customers mind their manners and keep quiet, and some customers make a fuss nitpicking about tattoos. Which ones are the real nuisance?
If you're on your own, you can get in even with tattoos. But I think you need to behave yourself.
OK if you're on your own. There are notices at the entrance and inside too. Also, even if you come separately, you'll be made to leave. It's not allowed even if it's one man and one woman. There are also a lot of reports from other guests, so if you're planning to go with several people, better not.
You can bathe if you're on your own. Even if you go through the front desk separately, if you meet up in the bath, you'll be made to leave after a staff check or a report from another guest.
Totally OK, but if you come in a group, they'll send you back! One person is OK.
