There was a post from someone who seemed to be connected to the facility, but
I checked by phone in advance
and at the front desk on the day,
and was able to bathe.
As of July 2025,
it's temporarily closed.
Legionella bacteria were found.
Just letting you know,
to be safe.
Public day-use onsen in Shizuoka Prefecture
vary in how they handle it, but
many of them let you bathe.
Got in.
Thank you!

I work at Shimizu Nishizato Onsen Yokujo Yamasemi no Yu, which is run by the designated management company that operates Shin-Inakogawa Onsen U-Trio.
Following Fujinomiya City's policy, from April 2022 people with tattoos or fashion tattoos can now bathe at Shin-Inakogawa Onsen U-Trio.
At the same time, people with tattoos or fashion tattoos can now bathe at Fujisan Tenbo no Yu too.
As long as you follow the manners, people with tattoos, fashion tattoos, and body piercings are all welcome. Beyond that, we will keep working so that more bathing facilities accept all kinds of diversity, including skin color, eye color, face shape, hair color and type, language, and family background. Thank you.
* As of April 9, 2022, there is a standing sign next to the U-Trio entrance saying "People with tattoos, please refrain," but it was put up in the past by the Fujinomiya Police Station. The facility is currently requesting that City Hall and the police station discuss it. (In other words, since the police station put it up, the facility apparently can't remove it on its own.) The facility does not turn away people with tattoos, fashion tattoos, or body piercings, so please feel free to come in.
