    They explained that they're tattoo-friendly, so tattoos are OK.

    I confirmed with the Tsuchiyu Onsen Tourism Association. They said full-body irezumi is a problem, but stylish tattoos are OK. It seems a man with irezumi covering 60% of his body was bathing too.
