If you mind your manners, I think it's no problem at all.
I staked out a spot right by the water's edge. What stuck with me was how some students looked like they wanted me to give up my spot.
I called before going and got in! But there are no showers, so you can't wash your hair and such.
I've even seen people with full-body tattoos, so I think it's fine.
They didn't prohibit tattoos at all.
