I ran into a bunch of them.
I checked directly and they gladly said OK. The bathing fee is cheap too, I recommend it.
There was a sign, but I got in. It was a really nice facility.
No tattoos.

There was someone with tattoos bathing, so I reported it to the staff, and they told me very politely that they allow it.
You can get in, no problem.
