If you have tattoos and want to go to a sento around here, it's either Daikoku-yu, which is open all night, or, for daytime and evening, this place, Mikoku-yu. Easy choice.
I have a framed traditional piece (gakubori) from my back down to the backs of my knees, but I get in no problem.
I haven't actually asked them, but I've been more than 10 times. There were people like me there too, but there were no complaints at all. Just for reference.
