Every Gokurakuyu Group store refuses bathing. I think some places might turn a blind eye, but if another customer snitches on you, they'll have no choice but to deal with it.

Guests with tattoos (irezumi) on their body cannot enter. Also, guests using tattoo stickers are asked to remove them before entering.
This is clearly posted at our entrance and inside the facility, and even if you enter by mistake, you will be asked to leave immediately. Thank you for your understanding."
