I got in! I have tattoos all over my body, and my husband is a foreigner with tattoos too, but they let us in with no problem. Most of the people working at the onsen are kind, too.
My husband has heavy tattoos, mostly around his shoulders, but he can get in here with no problems. We've used it many times.
I have big tattoos on my chest and shoulder, but I got in with no problem!
I got in. But maybe because it's popular, it was really crowded. I want to go again.
I've been many times, and there's no refusal sign, and I've never been warned.
I checked by phone and it was OK!
When I checked with the front desk, they told me, "No problem at all."
