These days, lots of young people have tattoos in places you can't see when they're dressed, so I wonder about banning all of them. I think it's fine to refuse traditional Japanese tattoos, but couldn't they allow fashion tattoos and small tattoos?
It'd be fine if they turned away foreigners too, but turning away only Japanese people... I wonder about that.
