I have one from my left shoulder to my elbow, but I got in!
Looks like even a Seika Note coloring-book job is no problem lol
I have solid tattoos from my back down to my butt and knees. I told the front desk just in case, and they said, "That's fine." I got into the main bath with no issues too.
They didn't specifically prohibit tattoos.
