    If you declare it and it can be covered within the cover sticker sold in the building, you can get in. Apparently if you don't declare it, you'll be made to leave immediately.

  2. They sell tattoo cover stickers, so you can get in if it's small enough to cover.

  3. Hmm…

    People with tattoos of any size were banned from entering. It was a no even completely covered with stickers or something.
