I went yesterday! Just in case, I checked at the front desk, and they kindly said it's fine!
I checked with the staff. They said, "It's fine! Take your time."
I have tattoos too, but I got in. I went late, so I could bathe pretty much at my own pace. The view from the outdoor bath is great.
I have tattoos on both shoulders, but there's no particular problem.
I got in just fine. I'm pretty sure there's no notice saying it's not allowed.
