I just got back from a bath there. There wasn't any 'no tattoos' notice in the first place, so I went in like normal. There were other customers too, but I got in with no problem. No patrols either.

They'll get you out quickly. The regulars probably tell the front desk.
As soon as you get in, a staff member comes and urges you to leave.
