It's not prohibited, and you can get in normally.
I've been going every week for about 20 years, and you can get in normally. If we mind our manners when we bathe, I don't think it'll ever get banned.
I have a full bodysuit, but it was fine. There were no notices anywhere, and people with tattoos were going in.
