Looks like restrictions start in February 2025. If yours can be hidden with up to 2 tattoo cover stickers (11 cm x 20 cm), you can get into the main bath by buying tattoo cover stickers. Otherwise, it seems you won't be able to use the main bath. You can still use it through January 2025.
Confirmed, you can get in normally! I enjoyed the onsen.
You can use both the hotel and the attached day-use onsen.
I checked at the front desk just in case, and they kindly replied that anyone can bathe. It had been a few years since I'd been to a place like this, so it was the best.
A resort hotel run by DHC. The room amenities are all DHC products. It's all overnight stays only; they don't do day visits...
