Tattoos are currently banned. Looks like the private bath (3,000 yen for 1 hour) has been discontinued.
Tattoos are a no as a rule. They had a private bath (1 hour for 3,000 yen, reservation required).
It might be because I went first thing in the morning, but I got in. There was a warning notice at the entrance, for what it's worth.
